Norfolk, Va. (Aug. 27, 2020) --- Delaware State placekicker Jose Romo-Martinez (jr.) has been selected to the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Football Preseason First Team for the upcoming season, while linebacker Brooks Parker (jr.) and defensive back Juwain Granger (jr.) are second team picks, the league announced today.
