PHILADELPHIA – The Division of Recreation and Intercollegiate Athletics and the Penn Champions Club achieved another record-setting fundraising year during the 2019-20 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019 and concluding June 30, 2020. During that time, total cash-in for the Division was the highest in Penn Athletics history, finishing the fiscal year at $31.2M, surpassing the previous high of $23.4M set in FY17. The Penn Champions Club raised $22.9 million in commitments towards Penn Athletics' highest priorities including annual fund support, endowment commitments, and capital projects. This marked the fourth straight year the Penn Champions Club has raised more than $20M in commitments.
