CHARLOTTE, N.C. --- Recently graduated Presbyterian College women's tennis player Katie Thompson has been named the Big South Conference's co-woman of the year for 2018-19, the league announced on Monday. Thompson shares the honor with USC Upstate women's basketball player Riley Popplewell.
