On Wednesday NCAA amended rules as to partial scholarship sports by now allowing need to be combined with athletic schollies without it being counted vs the 63 schollie cap. The rule will go into effect in August.
While perhaps more beneficial to private universities with higher tuitions, it will change the recruiting landscape perhaps more so recruiting vs FBS conferences.
