William & Mary graduate Victoria Gersch '20 was named the winner of the 2019-20 Leadership and Sports Excellence for Women's Track & Field on Thursday, the Colonial Athletic Association announced. Gersch is the first member of the Tribe track & field or cross country programs to win the award, which is in its third year of existence.
