University at Albany men's lacrosse players Jakob Patterson and Alex Burgmaster have earned All-Academic honors for the shortened 2020 season, the America East announced Tuesday. Patterson and Burgmaster were selected among a group of 10 student-athletes, representing all seven of the conference's member institutions.
