Sash most recently served as the head men's basketball coach at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) for the 2019-20 season, leading his team to a 29-4 record, a Region XI championship, and a berth in the NJCAA national tournament. Sash was named the Region XI Coach of the Year.
