The Towson University women's swimming and diving team finished the 2019-2020 season with hardware. Out of the gates the Tigers came in splashing going 7-4. They ended the season capturing third place in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) championships. The Tigers had multiple sweeps in the weekly CAA awards and received accolades from the College Swimming Coaches Association (CSCAA). Megan Cowan and Christina Coleman both won weekly awards while freshman diver Ashley Sinicropi garnered one of the newly introduced rookie monthly awards.
