RICHMOND, Va. – Senior Hannah Gouger (Cockeysville, Md.) and sophomore Maggie Purcell (Southampton, N.Y.) were named to the VaSID University Division All-State team Thursday afternoon. Gouger earned the second team honor in the backstroke, while Purcell got the nod in the Individual Medley division.
