The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff football student-athlete Shawn Steele made an impressive stand on the defensive side of the ball. Steele ranks first on the team and tied for seventh in the conference with a total of three interceptions. Steele had a season-high last season against Southern U. with seven tackles, one interception for 23 yards, and one pass breakup.
