PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women's basketball team's Eleah Parker and Kayla Padilla captured two of the three major awards when the Ivy League announced its 2019-20 All-Ivy teams on Wednesday afternoon. Parker was named Defensive Player of the Year for the second straight season and Padilla garnered Rookie of the Year honors.
