PHILADELPHIA – The awards are continuing to pile up for the University of Pennsylvania women's track & field team as James P. Tuppeny/Betty J. Costanza Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Steve Dolan was named the USTFCCCA Mid-Atlantic Region Women's Coach of the Year and Nia Akins garnered USTFCCCA Mid-Atlantic Region Women's Athlete of the Year recognition, the office announced on Monday afternoon.
