PHILADELPHIA – After the University of Pennsylvania women's track & field team's third straight Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championship and fifth straight title overall, James P. Tuppeny/Betty J. Costanza Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Steve Dolan was named the Ivy League Coach of the Year, the office announced Friday morning.
