GRAND FORKS, N.D.-- North Dakota moved a win shy of clinching at least a share of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference's regular season title with a 3-1 home win over No. 16/14 Western Michigan Friday evening at Ralph Engelstad Arena. UND's win-- coupled with second-place Minnesota-Duluth's win at Colorado College-- kept the Fighting Hawks' lead in the league standings at six points with three games to play.
