Hendricks recorded eight tackles, knocked down four passes and scored on a decisive 68-yard interception return. He ranks second on Rhein’s defense with 35 tackles and leads the club with 12 pass defenses.

“I just did my job and played as hard as I could,” Hendricks said. “It felt good to score – it was like a dream come true.”

Jaret Johnson, of the Amsterdam Admirals, is Special Teams Player of Week 8 after he converted three of three field goals (49 long) and three PATs for a total of 12 points during Sunday’s loss to the Rhein Fire.

Johnson has scored 32 points this season having converted five of six field goals (49 long) and 17 of 20 PATs.
