Just one minor request....stay on for the whole season...no matter how bad it starts off. It seemed that last year we had a few people just stop managing their teams.

I did 2 drafts today under a different user name so that I don't ruin my fantasy rating with my real one. I don't follow the teams I use under the fake ID I just use it as draft practice and to see how things are falling.

Both Drafts LJ went at #4
S.Jackson went 1 & 2
Gore went #3 in one
Addai went #3 in the other
Bush went in the middle of the 4th in one
C.Benson I got in both drafts in the 4th & 5th RD
Vick went in the 7th & 8th RD

The draft will be offline. We will all get together, probably a chat room or here and do the draft ourself. With so many of us in different times zones and such, its hard to pick a day this far in advance. Probably a couple of weeks before the season, we will have the draft and then I will submit that to yahoo

when it comes to fantasy sports, you gotta put your team allegiances to the side and get the best possible player, even if you hate that team

I don't really have a favorite Pro team but follow a couple that have former NDSU/North Dakota guys on the team. So not picking favorites won't be a problem.

I just recognized a few names of players that sucked big time last year.:p

I always have at least one person in my league that wants all the players from their favorite team. I'd rather have as few Cowboys as possible, makes it easier for me to watch the games.

I'd also advise picking up a good fantasy football magazine. I usually pick one up within a week or two of my drafts and look through it so I have an idead of what I want to do. I don't fall exactly in line with them, but kind of use it like a scouting service.

A good defense can go a long way. Most of my good teams were successful because of my defense.

Speaking of that. How are we doing defense? Teams or Players?
