Elon University football senior tight end Matt Foster has been named the 2019 CAA Football Scholar-Athlete of the Year by the league office Tuesday, Feb. 11. The announcement comes as part of the conference's release of the CAA Football Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll, in which 43 Phoenix football players have named to the list.
