CLEVELAND – Tim Folan, the Senior Associate Athletic Director, Development and Alumni Relations at the University of Pennsylvania, has been named the Fundraiser of the Year, the National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) announced today. Folan will be recognized at the organization's annual convention in June.
