The University at Albany women's track & field team moved up two spots to land second in the Week 2 Northeast Regional Poll, the U.S. Track & Field and Coaches Association announced Monday. It is the highest-ever indoor regional ranking for the women's team, which had previously capped out at third in Week 5 of 2015, as well as eight times during the outdoor season, seven of which came in 2019.
