With a personal record time of 2:48.96 in the 1,000-Meter Run, Columbia Track & Field senior Bianca Alonzo finished second at the Villanova Invitational at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex, clocking what is also the best performance in the Ivy League in the 1,000m so far this season in the process as Columbia locked up seven top 10 finishes on Saturday, Feb. 1.
