PHILADELPHIA – The NCAA has released its first Division I Coaches Panel of the 2019-20 season, and a trio of University of Pennsylvania wrestlers have claimed top-20 spots, putting them in prime position to claim a spot at the NCAA Championships in Minneapolis, Minn. this March.
