PHILADELPHIA – For the fifth time this season, the University of Pennsylvania women's basketball team's Kayla Padilla was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week, the league office announced Monday afternoon, following a career-high 27-point effort against No. 25 Princeton last weekend.
