Yeah, I suppose if I weren't a Bison fan, I'd have to say that JMU would be favored. I mean, nobody has really been able to shut down JMU's offense, and NDSU's defense has looked soft against the run the last 8 games with the best effort being the 148 yards given up against Montana State - and that's actually pretty bad by NDSU standards.

One other difference is that NDSU's scoring seems to rely a lot more on big plays than it has in the past - and that's more hit or miss than being able to grind out 12+ play drives like past NDSU teams - which also means that past teams were getting good production on first down runs and could trust the offense to be able to run for short yardage first downs - not so much this year though as it seems to be that first down rushes are either 1 yard or less or more than 10 with the former being much, much more common.
