Adding to his list of accolades following his record-setting 2019 season, University at Albany quarterback Jeff Undercuffler has been named ECAC FCS Rookie of the Year. Undercuffler, who was also named to the All-ECAC Second Team Offense, led two other players, Juwan Green and Eli Mencer, who also earned All-ECAC honors.
