Redbirds front 7 might be the best in the country and is bigger than a lot of FBS teams. They did sell out a lot and we didn’t burn them on it, but we would have had a fair amount of success running on the Bobcats if they played the exact same way ISUr did.

Some of my thoughts after this game:

Bison offense played a better game. MSU's defense is ok but they couldn't cover all the targets that NDSU had.

Bison OL played a lot better this week but that is because Ill State has a much better defense.

NDSU was better on both lines. I didn't expect a close game.

Trey Lance had a great game along with C Watson. MSU had no answer for C Watson.

MSU had a nice fan contingent show up for the game.

Scrolling the MSU fan page.....here is a helpful hint to MSU fans.....NDSU does not get "oil money"....xrolleyesx.....but I guess people here are dropping money off hand over fist to support this team. Here is a hint: NDSU wins games because they have great players, coaches, tradition, culture and they work hard.
