2 out of 3 AT the Bronx, only gave up 5 runs AND beat Mariano Riveria today, not to mention 18-9 vs the MIGHTY EAST!!! Its time you give my White Sox some DAP, at 74-39, they DESERVE IT!!! Sox 13 games up, Yanks 5 games out!!!

Hmmmm. No Scottie, no Frankie, no Pauly all equal no wins in 7 tries. Looks like the South Siders are finally coming back down to earth. Good thing they have a huge lead. Have fun getting swept out of the 1st round of the playoffs.

Its hard to win games when 3 guys you rely on are missing... who's your team in Iowa again Reed???

I guess I can't have a professional sports opinion if I live in a state where there are no major league teams...

Don't make excuses Matt. You have to win despite injuries. You didn't care that every Yankee pitcher this year, except Mussina, has missed time due to injuries when you told me that the Yankees were "mediocre." Pavano, Wright, Wang and Brown have all spent months on the DL. But you were rubbing it in pretty good nonetheless about how much better the White Sox were than the Yankees.

I was rubbing, the Sox have been looked over all year and now they cant do anything right!!! Injuries are no excuse, and still isnt here. Its quite simple, just circle the wagons and start to play baseball again. The pitching is still there, all this 7 game streak has done so far has showed just how important Scott Podsednik is to this team.

1 dismal inning by the Big Unit (6 hits in a row, 3 HR in a row and 4 HR for the inning) otherwise the Sox would have lost again. But Contreras came up huge and the Sox snap the 7-game streak!!!

There's still time for the Sox to pull their '64 Phillies imitation! They start a big road trip in Minnesota tonight.
