ITHACA, N.Y. -- Cornell freshman linebacker Jake Stebbins has been named one of 20 finalists for the Jerry Rice Award signifying the top freshman football player in the FCS. A national panel of over 150 sports information and media relations directors, broadcasters, writers and other dignitaries will select the winners of the 2019 STATS FCS legacy awards based on their regular season performance.
