With the Ivy League Cross Country Heps three-peat in the rearview mirror, the No. 21 Columbia Cross Country women, along with the men (10K) looking to build off their strong showing at the Heps, head north to Buffalo, New York for the NCAA Cross Country Northeast Regionals, were the Lion women (6K), have an opportunity to defend their 2018 title and go back-to-back as the Northeast Regional Champions.
