PHILADELPHIA – Upon spurring on the University of Pennsylvania men's cross country team to the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championship, three Quakers garnered All-Ivy recognition, while James P. Tuppeny/Betty J. Costanza Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Steve Dolan was named Ivy League Coach of the Year, the league office announced on Tuesday.
