After completing the Ivy League Heps championship three-peat, Columbia Women's Cross Country was bumped up three spots to No. 21 in the latest NCAA Division I Women's Cross Country National Coaches' Poll as announced by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association on Tuesday, Nov. 5, and piggy backing off of their solid Heps race, the Lion men moved up to No. 6 in the Northeast Regional.
