Indiana State struck first in a match that would prove key in their effort to advance to the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament for the first time since 2016 but Missouri State equalized the match at halftime and scored quickly after the break for a 2-1 victory over the Sycamores on a cold, snowy and windy evening at Memorial Stadium.
