Looking for a three-peat the No. 24 Columbia Cross Country women, along with the Columbia men will compete in the Ivy League Cross Country Heps to be hosted on Friday, Nov. 1, at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, New York, with the women's 6K set to get going at 11 a.m. and the men's 8K set to start at 12 p.m.
