Sophomore Cory Hightower (Flint, Mich.) earned a spot on the 2019 Big South Men's Basketball Preseason All-Conference Team, as announced Tuesday by the League during the annual Media Day activities in Charlotte, N.C. Radford's Carlik Jones was named Preseason Player-of-the-Year. The predicted order of finish was also released with the Blue Hose expected to place 10th.
