PHILADELPHIA - The University of Pennsylvania women's basketball team was picked to finish at the same level in the Ivy League that they finished last year: atop the conference. The Quakers earned 125 points in the preseason poll, matched by Princeton's 125, as the Ivy favorites. Votes came from two members of each school's media contingent.
