I'm sure they will join the RMAC for football since they are an all sports member.
Incarnate Word & CSU-Pueblo adding football in a span of a month. Lets get some new FCS programs going.
Colorado State University – Pueblo a member of NCAA Division II, seeks applicants for a full-time, twelve-month position of head football coach. Since the University is starting a new program, the head coach will be responsible for all preparations for the fall of 2008 football season including; assisting in hiring of assistant coaches, purchasing all new equipment and uniforms, recruiting student-athletes, finalizing and developing football game schedules, and helping with all fundraising associated with football during the first year (07-08). Beginning in the fall of 2008, the head coach will assume all responsibilities within the football program including, coaching and training of student-athletes, recruiting, monitoring student-athletes academic progress, game scheduling, help in the hiring and supervising of the football coaching staff, managing the football budget, fundraising activities and other duties as assigned by the director of athletics. Qualifications: Required – Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution, at least 7 years of successful coaching in the sport of football at the high school level or higher, demonstrated evidence of successful support of student-athletes academic success, and experience with and commitment to working with diverse student populations. Preferred – Master’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution, successful experience coaching at the collegiate level, proven success in recruiting NCAA or equivalent qualified student-athletes, exhibit a knowledge and commitment to abide by institutional, conference and NCAA rules, and documented evidence of successful management of a football program, including personnel management and budget development and management.
