Mercer announces official attendance as 8,972 for their 34-17 loss to Chattanooga. I was there. There were not 2900 people there- much less 8900.

UNH had a homecoming crowd of 17,132 as the UNH defense beat the Elon Phoenix. Half of those in attendance never found their seats in the stadium however.

24,008 showed up in Houston for the 94th Battle of the Piney Woods between SHSU and SFA. Lumberjacks fans missed a tight game, maybe they should actually show up and cheer on their team.

Haven't seen figures for Lehigh at Colgate, but from screen shots I'd estimate about 3-4,000 bodies in the stands on a beautiful sunshine filled day with temps in the 50's...sad.

Merrimack hosted Bryant to a Homecoming crowd of 10,172. Doubled the attendance at the Yale Bowl -- let that sink in.

Wow! That is both amazing and fantastic for Merrimack and the NEC.
Week 6 D-I Football Attendance in New England:
18,038 - UConn vs. South Florida
17,132 - New Hampshire vs. Elon
10,172 - Merrimack vs. Bryant
8,234 - Harvard vs. Howard
5,743 - Yale vs. Fordham
5,402 - Sacred Heart vs. CCSU
5,077 - Brown vs. URI
Despite these "official" numbers, I guarantee that there were more butts in seats in Durham and N. Andover than in E. Hartford. They have been giving out tons of freebie tix for UConn and no one is showing up anymore - the attendance looks awful at the Rent.

5K for URI at Brown is disappointing...that was a pretty big game in its day....battle for the Governah's Cup....URI is trying but Rhode Island in general has always been a college hoop state first and foremost.

8,217 in the hole for 4:00 game against Southeatern Louisiana. McNeese fans are fickle and have a bandwagon orientation. Bad thing is even if the Pokes were undefeated the atttendance would not approach what it used to be. The Admin should return the games to 7:00 so we can get 9,000 in the stadium xcoffeex

Didnt go but I bet we have close to 20,000. Hard to find them even if you go to the game but that is the normal count.

That was AFTER a 4 hour weather delay for us and Alcorn. The storms ran many fans away unfortunately. We were looking for over 20k on Saturday.

16,589 was the official number.
Had been storming all day and I'm honestly shocked we didn't end up getting rained on or going into lightning delay during the game. Weather was not ideal. A buddy of mine who lived about 10 miles from the stadium was texting me during the game that he couldn't see his own yard through the rain but we only got sprinkles in the stadium.
Literally as soon as the Southerners finished their post-game performance the rain moved in. Could not have been better timing.

Nice crowd. I like your stadium. Wish we could get down there again in the near future. Last time was in the '90's.
