ATLANTA, Ga. – Savannah State senior kicker Giovanni Lugo nabbed this week's Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Special Teams Player of the Week award for his effort in the Tigers' 17-10 win over Morehouse College last week, the conference announced in a press release Tuesday morning.
