On the positive side congrats to Houston Baptist! This has to make everyone associated with that program proud no matter what the rest of us think of this "poll".

Sad that this poll cannot even get records correct. Central Arkansas is 3-1, not 2-2.

Let me be the first to say, we are not CURRENTLY the 6th best team, nor do we currently have the 6th best resume ... I would say in all honesty, we are still lingering in the teens .. low teens at best, so 13th or lower.

Things could change considerably this Saturday .. but until our QB proves he will hang tough in pocket, take hits when needed, and still make throws like he is perfectly capable of making .. until he proves that, we are not the 6th best team in FCS. If he shows that again (like NAU game when he out dualed Cookus) against Bison this Satruday, then I would say we are top 8 for sure, maybe better.

SCSU deserves some love
I'm not seeing it. The only thing they have going for them is the diminishing equity of that season opening win over a Wofford team who isn't getting votes in any poll. Other than that they have a sub-D1 win and they got blown out by USF for their only win of the year to this point.

Well at least the coaches finally got Southeastern Louisiana above Jacksonville State.
