FRISCO, Texas - HBU junior quarterback Bailey Zappe was selected Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week, while freshman kicker Gino Garcia was named Special Teams Player of the Week, as voted on by each institution's sports information director and announced by the league office Monday.
