The No. 19 Columbia Cross Country women and the Columbia men return to the course for the first race of the season at historic Van Cortlandt Park when, on Friday, Sept. 20, the Lions take part in the Iona Meet of Champions, with the men's Five-Mile getting started at 10 a.m. and the women's 5K scheduled to get going at 10:45 a.m.
