Sacramento State defensive tackle Dariyn Chaotes was selected as the ROOT Sports Big Sky Conference Defensive Player of the Week, it was announced today. The honor is the first for Choates during his career and he became the first Hornet defensive lineman to earn the award since Zach Nash in 2010.
