Norfolk State earned two Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference weekly football honors on Monday, as junior quarterback Juwan Carter was tabbed conference Offensive Player of the Week and freshman running back Kevin Johnson earned Rookie of the Week accolades for their performances against Virginia State on Saturday.
