Columbia Heavyweight Rowing senior John Tanguay, representing United States Rowing, won a silver medal as a member of the PR3 mixed four with coxswain at the 20190 World Rowing Championships on Aug. 31, in Linz, Austria, qualifying for the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics.
