SAVANNAH, Ga. – Savannah State University quarterback D'Vonn Gibbons threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to Cameron White with 14 seconds to play but Gibbons was tackled a yard shy of the end zone during a two-point conversion run and Florida Tech held on for a 23-22 victory Sunday afternoon at T.A. Wright Stadium.
