13 student-athletes, broken down to seven women and six men, have been announced as incoming first years for Columbia Cross Country by Director of Cross Country/Track & Field Daniel Ireland as the Lions get ready to roll into the 2019 season. The No.11 Columbia women have added seven women to the squad, coming from six different states, including two locals from the New York area, as the Lions will look to get a three-peat at the Ivy League Cross Country Heps.
