SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Panthers took on the Liberty Flames in an 11:30 match on Saturday. The Panthers won their first match of the season with a 3-1 (25-23, 24-26, 25-18) victory, moving to 1-1 on the season. The Panthers trailed the Flames by five before going on a 5-0 run to tie the set at 19-19 and then closed the set on a 4-0 run to secure the first win of he season.
