Portland State will have its third and final scrimmage of preseason practice this Thursday morning. The Vikings are expected to have a slightly shorter scrimmage than the previous two, running between 40-50 plays. Practice begins at 7:30 a.m. with the scrimmage coming at just after 8 a.m.
