Has anybody been following the mess at Arkansas involving coachs, the AD, former players and their families, boosters, and angry fans with law suits?
Here's the latest:

What the hell is wrong with everybody there? I think you can make a good argument for dropping football for a couple of years at Arkansas, then restarting from scratch! xlolx xlolx Not that I think it'll happen, but if I don't have to read about this Houston Nutt-Mitch Mustain-Irate Boosters love triangle, then I whole heartedly support any decision to nuke the program.

What I-AA school is the most likely to wind up in similar scenario? Georgia Southern?

Pretty crazy up there in Fayetteville. Broyles is senile, and the Razorback fans are insane

Jake Huard (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0290556/): To serve my country, sir
Jake Huard (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0290556/): He's right you know.
Twins (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0788370/): Can I borrow your starch?
Jake Huard (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0290556/): Look, I don't get it. Why are you still here?
Twins (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0788370/): You want to know why I stay in this room?
Jake Huard (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0290556/): Yeah.
Twins (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0788370/): Cause Jake, you're my Mississippi.
Jake Huard (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0290556/): I'm your what?
Twins (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0788370/): People who live in Arkansas, you know what their favorite state is?
Jake Huard (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0290556/): No.
Twins (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0788370/): Mississippi. Cause Mississippi's the only thing that keeps Arkansas from being the worst state in the whole country.
Jake Huard (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0290556/): I'm Mississippi.
Twins (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0788370/): Well you sure as hell ain't California. Listen, Cole and Whitaker are so buys tryin' to run you out they forgot about me. As a matter of fact, they've forgotten about every other plebe in this whole company. That's why I stay in this room Jake. Cause if Mississippi quits, then all of a sudden Arkansas is the worst state in the whole country.

There is no acceptable reason things have gotten so bad up there. Houston Nutt should never have even entertained the parents of some of the players. And if you ask me, the players look like nothing more than a bunch of mama's boys.

Also, this just goes to show that alot of these players didn't go to Arkansas because they liked the school, coach or program. They went because they were promised playing time and a change in offensive philosophy and because Gus Malzahn went there.

SHAMEFUL!!!!!

Terry's attorney, Eddie Christian Jr. of Fort Smith, said his client is an Arkansas fan, and the complaint identifies Terry as an Arkansas graduate. Christian said Terry wanted him to handle public comments regarding the case.

Christian said Terry's suit is a "taxpayer action."

"It's more or less that there's a waste of taxpayer money here," Christian said. "We are alleging that public officials -- and the one in particular that we are alleging is John White -- has not carried out his contractual obligations that he owes to the university and to the taxpayers."

My favorite little snip it of the whole article. What in the world do they put in the water in Arkansas?xconfusedx

I'm not for giving any team the death penalty. It sucked when SMU had it happen in the 80's and Tulane in basketball in the 80's

Have you ever spent any time in Arkansas? Parts of the state are really beautiful. The western part of the state in particular is very pretty, with a lot of trees and lakes. I'll actually be spending some time there in about a month when my wife has a family reunion in Arkansas. As someone who has seen 43 of the 50 states, trust me. There are a lot of states I'd rank Arkansas ahead of. Now if you were talking about Kansas ...
