PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas - The Black College Football Hall of Fame (BCFHOF) announced today the 2019 Watch List for its Player of the Year award, and the Prairie View A&M football program is represented by three Panther standouts: redshirt senior quarterback Jalen Morton, senior running back Dawonya Tucker and senior defensive back Ju'Anthony Parker.
