Youre just upset that a "inferior school" got a draft pick while the Citadel didn't get any.

Yeah I am biased, but... Tyler got stronger, and better each year he was at Coastal.

He impressed the scouts that saw him.

He is Coastal's first ever dreat player, and most tought he would be at most a free agent dratt.

As a long time faculty member of Coastal Carolina Universithy...

I want to say I am Proud

Rather than sink to your level any further, Im sticking with the topic at hand.

Having seen tyler Thigpen play all 4 years when he was at Coastal, I gotta admit that he could really do good things if given the opportunity by Minnesota. He is extremely mobile (judging by his high rushing yards as a QB) and very accurate. I hope he does well at the next level.

He made a ton of progress in 4 years, but mainly between years 3 and 4. If he continues to work hard then i think he has a shot to do some good things. Hopefully working with NFL coaches will take his game to the next level.

I heard today that they plan on moving him to tight end, not sure how reliable or true that rumor is though.

Really? That would be surprising to me.

edit: Well ... the Vikings' site lists him as a WR ... so we'll see.
